The hotel is situated in a beautiful forest area with a great view of the nearby lake. It's a perfect location for those who want peace and quiet away from city noise. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with big windows to enjoy the view. The fact that the hotel has a bowling alley is also a plus, it offers a fun activity after a long day.
The hotel is located far from the main street, making it difficult and time-consuming to reach the city center. There is no shuttle service offered by the hotel which makes it more challenging for travelers without a car.

Paid extra for lake view - the lake was behind a wall of huge threes...
Should be around 15km from Brandenburger Thor - but was a lot more

Good facilities. Clean and comfortable.
Buffet evening meal disappointing and poor value for money. Would not recommend eating there. Did not have breakfast as too expensive. No tea and coffee facilities in rooms.

Fantastic hotel. Great staff, location and countryside. All for a great price. Finally, good access to central Berlin without the premium price tag!
Couldn't fault the hotel, can't wait to go again.

Located right next to a beautiful lake, our room at this hotel had a stunning view of the water. the room and bathroom were clean and neat, and the service was good and accommodating. the breakfast provided was decent and gave a good energy boost for the day. the location was perfect for a relaxed stay near the lake, with ample locations along the paths to swim.
The free parking available was quite far and the close parking was charged at 5 Euro per night which felt a bit overpriced.

good staff and hotel facilities
parking charges...since they had enough space, there is no need to charge

All the Hotel staff spoke good english and were very helpful in getting information about the bus into Kopenick, to get the train to the centre of Berlin.
We booked a Lake Side room, but the Lake view from the balcony was blocked by a line of tall trees on the edge of the Lake.

We spent our Easter break in a hotel located in a picturesque and tranquil area by the lake. The rooms were clean with balconies that offer lovely views of the surrounding nature. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the spa facilities and the opportunity to rent bicycles to explore the area at our own pace.
The staff lacked basic customer service skills, making our interaction with them less enjoyable. The gym could also benefit from better equipment and a wider range of options for those who enjoy staying fit while away from home. Finally, the lack of free Wi-Fi in the rooms was inconvenient.

Quiet location and easy transport links to the city. The wildlife was abundant within the hotel grounds- including wild boar.
We would have liked a do not disturb sign for our room, so that the cleaning staff did not have to come in every day.

food was very good but we could not handle the bugs that congregated near to the dessert area and than began to go into the restaurant proper area.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in a beautiful area with a serene lake. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was spacious and clean, with elegant wood insertions and large windows that provided a lovely view. I particularly loved the bathroom, which was incredibly spacious and had a big tub and shower. It was the perfect spot to indulge in some relaxation. The staff here were also top-notch, providing exceptional service and making me feel incredibly welcome. They were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Perfect location if you are looking for a quiet setting at a reasonable distance from central Berlin, or a place to stay near Schoenefeld airport. Very friendly and professional staff. In our case, they arranged for birthday cake and coffee at 6:30 AM ordered only late the evening before. Very appreciated!
Expensive breakfast at €16. Parking charges €8, although you can park for free afew hundred meters away from the hotel
